Staff

All our staff are DBS checked, Paediatric First Aid trained and update Child Protection training regularly in accordance with Ofsted requirements. Our staff team are all experienced in childcare, and have or are working towards childcare qualifications ranging from NVQ Level 2 to Degrees Level 6 and QTS. We pride ourselves in practising continuous professional development.

We adhere to the Ofsted child/staff ratios which are as follows:

• 2 to 3 years old = 1:4
• 3 to 5 years old = 1:8

Each child is assigned a key person. Their role is to help ensure that every child’s care is tailored to meet their individual needs, to help them become familiar with the setting, offer a settled relationship for the child and are main point of contact for parents.
