Yarburgh Community Preschool are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to provide safe, high quality care for early years children to work in this well established and successful community preschool.
You must have current knowledge of Early Years and be able to keep pace with this continually evolving profession. You must also be able to act as a Key Person and complete required written records for your allocated children, support planning to follow the interests of the children while expanding their knowledge of the world around them and liaise with parents and carers.
We are run by a committee of parents and situated in a dedicated building. We are looking for a practitioner who has a Level 3 childcare qualification. The working hours are 8:45am to 3:15pm, four days a week plus staff meetings, although some extra hours will be required for committee meetings and fundraising events too. The job includes working in an outdoor environment so you must enjoy being outdoors whatever the weather.
It is varied role in a small, but busy preschool. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide exemplary care and learning opportunities to our children in a supportive setting.
