Annual General Meeting 2020

Dear parents/carers,

Please find here the agenda for this year’s Annual General Meeting which will be held via Zoom on Wednesday 18th November at 8:00pm. This is a chance to hear about what has been happening at the preschool throughout the year and will include a report from the manager and then presentation of our annual accounts.

It is also when the Parent Committee is elected and is a chance to join the committee if you want. Yarburgh is a community run preschool which means we, the parents, are responsible for the successful running of the school. Also, as a charity the preschool cannot legally operate without a committee in place.

Please indicate whether or not you will be able to attend by completing the reply form. Please do make it if at all possible as if there are not enough families represented then new committee members cannot be elected and a further meeting will be called. The Zoom invite will be sent via email ahead of the AGM.
